General Conditions for Return/Refund

The article will only be eligible for return/refund if it is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
The original packaging and tags must be intact.
Any product that is worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved by our quality team.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange Policy

Due to differences in color monitors/screens and lighting during photo shoots, the exact color or texture may slightly vary from what is shown online. Therefore, products cannot be exchanged for this reason.

If you are unsatisfied with the size you purchased and would like a different size, you can email us at royal.wardrobe69@gmail.com
to request an exchange.

Exchanges during a sale or on discounted products are only applicable if the product received does not match the item you ordered.

An exchange will also be entertained if the size received does not match the size ordered.
